1. The customer specified the material’s transparency,
but this color material is mostly stock sheet material,
which is prone to forming bubbles.
2. Uneven Trim cutting

1.Test different material and evenly heated materials
2.Make a jig mold for fixture fixation – positioning cutting, and finally pack and manually inspect and scrape the edge.
Project success
Finally，The sample was highly approved by the customer, who immediately placed a formal production order.
