Runner and gate: The runner design for the double injection molding should be optimized independently to ensure smooth melt filling. Additionally, the interface position should be reserved or reinforced to enhance the adhesive force.

Venting and cooling: Set up reasonable venting slots and cooling circuits in each cavity area to avoid gas marks, short shots, and warping, ensuring dimensional stability and good surface quality of the double injection molding parts.
Mold tolerance and slip tolerance: The mating accuracy of the male/female mold, the positioning accuracy of the turntable, and the reset mechanism of the slider must be strictly controlled to prevent misalignment or glue leakage during the second injection.
