Classification of Zinc Alloy Die Casting Mold

Zinc alloy die-casting mold is a type of mold used to produce various shapes of zinc alloy parts. It consists of a mold cavity, a parting surface, a pouring system, and a cooling system.

The classification of zinc alloy die-casting mold can be divided into:
(1) Die casting molds for single piece and small batch production;
(2) Die casting molds for small batch production of multiple pieces;
(3) Die casting molds for precision complex parts produced in large quantities.

The classification of zinc alloy die-casting mold can be divided into:
(1) Integrated (i.e. without side panels or top pinholes);
(2) Block type (i.e. installing a metal base plate on the template);
(3) Combination type (i.e. with side panels and top pinholes).
